Your enquiry data.

This page explains what happens to the information you submit through the Ringwit access form.

What is saved

Your email address, selected area of interest and any company name or message you choose to provide. The system also saves a request reference and the submission time.

What it is used for

To assess the requested pilot use case, respond to your enquiry and arrange access where appropriate. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Where it is kept

Requests are kept in a private Cloudflare D1 database, accessed through the Ringwit operator's Cloudflare account. This site does not expose a public list of requests. Cloudflare also processes network requests as the website hosting provider.

Retention

Enquiry records expire after 90 days and are removed by daily cleanup. No raw IP address is stored with your enquiry. A short-lived rate-limit key is used to limit repeated submissions.

Corrections or removal

Use the contact form with the same email address and ask for a correction or removal. Include the request reference if you have it. Requests are handled by the Ringwit operator, Patrick Qvick.

This notice covers the landing page's enquiry form. Any future phone-service pilot will have its own agreed data-handling information.
